The IBM Concert Automates data consolidation from ERP, CRM, and HR systems, and provides a single, governed model for all contributors. IBM Concert is less appropriate for Small Teams that Primarily Use Spreadsheets.

So far we have been happy with the program and believe that it will grow with us as we continue to grow and thrive. This program has scalability for smaller to large companies allowing you to grow together. It is a learning curve but once learned it really is a time saving program.

Performance insights are very useful, and AI-based solutions can use them to minimize risk and mitigate it. Helpful for capacity management with risks of hardware, server load of IT applications, and business real-time alerts of abnormal activity in the system; also good. It supports both on-premises and many cloud service providers.

Initially, when I joined, I remember seeing Datadog's tool for various security vulnerability fix activities. Later, after a few months, I remember joining the IBM Concert training conducted in our company. The reason we moved to IBM Concert is mainly due to its AI-driven application resilience and automated risk remediation, rather than just broad infrastructure monitoring. That is, I suppose, the main reason my company chose IBM Concert over Datadog.
