Commvault Clumio vs. Serverless360

If you are in a highly virtualized infrastructure, Clumio is the only choice right now. It was built in the cloud, for the cloud, and handles on-premise environments very well. If your environment is lots of physical servers or lots of database servers, maybe start with a slower rollout of Clumio, but do not go with something else. Clumio is the answer to backup, now and in the future!

Serverless360 is a great tool for managing complex Azure serverless environments>it offers comprehensive monitoring,alerting, and automation features that are essential for maintaining the health and performance of our applications.However, for organizations with simpler setups or minimal Azure serverless usage, the advanced capabilities of Serverless360 may not be necessary. Overall it's been a valuable addition to our tool kit

• It provides comprehensive visibility of azure apps and manages several azure services in a safe way.

• Since Clumio is a new product, it is not as feature-rich as some of the incumbents, but it is still a superior product.
• Customized reporting capabilities are needed for this product.

• Requires some initial configuration to make sure Azure resources are monitored correctly.
• Needs flexibility in the type of alerts you can setup.
• It maybe good to have more customized options.

Turbo360 (formerly Serverless360) is the best software intelligence tool out there in market saving us time as it is easy to see data instantly. The software provides business and traffic data information helping our organization make scalability decisions.

Clumio support thas been both responsive, definitive, and helpful. They have been great to deal with as we have worked our way from Proof of Concept, to production roll out. They are quick to answer emails, and also alert us when they see a potential issue. These new "proactive" vendor support models are great to experience

There was nothing like Clumio to evaluate. We did look at some of the incumbent on-premise solutions that have cloud-based offerings. They all require hardware infrastructures to accomplish their job, thereby locking you into having to manage and update hardware. Clumio displaces these systems by offering a true cloud-based backup with no need to manage hardware, or maintain hardware, or manage software upgrades. And new features are added all the time without having to upgrade!

Metric monitoring in Serverless360 is the best. It eliminates the lengthy process of manually looking through error logs and immediately performs root cause analysis on problems as they arise giving insight into the Azure environment. The team can foresee and fix issues. Our team could safely transfer the less valued support task to the L1 support person and free up the skilled Azure resources to focus on the development of the business.

• We are able to get rid of an aging backup infrastructure and free up expensive rack space.
