Contract Logix vs. LinkSquares

Suited for legal depts to manage contracts from cradle to grave—security levels assigned to ensure the integrity of data. It's great for producing reports for management and managing renewals and expirations of agreements is convenient. Contract Logix also does not require extensive computer skills—easy to navigate. Probably not suited for contracts that need payments as there is no link to financials.

This is an excellent contract repository. I like the ability to upload a pdf, which is read by LinkSquares' OCR. The fidelity of the searchable documents is extraordinary. I really like the flexibility in terms of what contract language you want reporting on and the reporting capabilities are second to none.

• Emailing from Contract Logix could be improved, too many clicks.
• Copying of records cannot be done.
• Downloading documents can be improved, drag and drop should be available.
• Capability to store emails.

• The search function doesn't work if there's a misspelling.

Very easy to use 'out of the box'. Excellent customer support to help when something out of the ordinary is needed.

Contract Logix' customer service is excellent. A definite plus if you are thinking of using Contract Logix.

I haven't had a ton of support needs, honestly. We have just a couple of users and we haven't needed much support. I do know that if I ever need anything, that I have an account manager there to help and they have always ben very responsive to my needs

Contract Logix is advanced and user-friendly and on the cloud. Easily customizable to your need. Some databases are more.

I compared LinkSquares to a number of other tools and found LinkSquares to be right-sized and flexibly priced for our use case.
