CoreAchieve vs. Ideagen Procedure Management

CoreAchieve is a platform that works with many others to improve the quality of the presentations and in general improve the workflow, for example, we can work with Power BI to access our data and perform analysis, we also have integration with Zoom. In general, it is a tool that demonstrates that innovative and, above all, personalized training can be carried out with constant monitoring, and it also establishes a robust online learning system that helps the company increase the accreditation of employees following high costs.

Prior platforms wouldn't allow custom expiry dates for uploaded certificates. Op Central allows us to adjust this based on when team memeber uploaded completed the relative course or noted expiry of their licence. Could have better function for custom fields that can be tailored to different roles/groups and by location. We have many team members who are not require to have certain documents uploaded they have the custom field shown on their profiles due to there not being any target options

Ideagen Op Central is a very intuitive and functional program

Coreacheive was able to provide much more customizations than the other products mentioned. We were also able to save costs using the same which is why we preferred CoreAchieve over the other mentioned products.

Previously using World Manager, we would constantly have to flip between 3 different variations depending on brand. Ideagen Op Central now has everything built into one convenient location that is user friendly and easy to use.

• Mitigates the manual labour in preparing policies, converting to PDF, loading and then notifying teams of changes
