Credly vs. Modio Health OneView

This is our first experience with a digital badging system, so as of now it seems to meet our overall needs. Credly is very widely known and utilized by many companies, so they are well established in the arena. Real time training is a plus, as is a dedicated Credly success manager.

We use it for payor credentialing- storing client data and documents as well as tracking applications and managing contract data. It seems well suited for these purposes, though having to make "formal" requests to update demographic can be cumbersome. I am unfamiliar with other uses for this product aside from how we use it.

• Ease of Use: Set Up - Very user friendly.
• Ease of Use: Sharing - Can add it to emails, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• Credly badge is well known, so the reputation helped in the transition for our diplomates.

Everybody can use it. It's a free resource. What's not to love about it?

Our association really did not have much choice because the LMS we utilize only integrates with Credly. We have looked into and been approached by Badgr and Accredible, but have not investigated them much because we need the LMS integration for easy of issuing. In the future we may look into them when our Credly contract expires, just to cover our due diligence needs.

• It has been tremendously helpful managing a huge amount of data and dynamic application processes. We are still learning about all of the features. We anticipate that once we can access full functionality, we will report even greater positive impact.
