Likelihood to Recommend	Crexi Customer service for Crexi is completely terrible. They'll lull you into a one year contract for their Pro tier. But what they won't tell you, is that if you change your credit card information and refuse to re-up your contract, they will send you straight to collections without hesitation. No "What could we have done better?" No "We're sorry to see you go." Straight to collections. And then when you fight them on it, they get defensive.
