Simform is great with project management, communications and execution. They've been exemplary with customer service in all areas. We had an original version of our app that was created and hosted by another partner that abruptly went out of business. We were left with no support and a pending loss of hosted services. Simform jumped in and moved our code base to their hosted environment and even made substantial improvements to our existing code with no downtime for our customers!

• Complete and robust platform which is specialized in providing cyber security services to customers on advanced level.
• CyberDuo has been in our systems for some time in the organization and it has been stated put to be the best in the niche of protecting the business.
• It is protecting our business from inside and outside from any potential attack from anywhere on the web.

• Simform delivered our self-serve application, including an MVP, within the agreed timeline.
• Their exceptional expertise and dedication continue to impress as they develop new features and maintain the application.
• The customer success team and project managers at Simform were committed to timely delivery. Despite the time zone differences, they navigated seamlessly, ensuring efficient planning and flawless implementation.

• Customer support is the biggest drawback that I have gone through a lot.
• Totally unprofessional, did not even know about their own platform.
• The representative that they awarded us did not even respond to questions. He replied question after 5 or 10 minutes and asking for same questions which make it tiring and a waste of time without providing help.

• There have been times when we thought our projects were to heavily staffed. We informed Simform of this and the issue was corrected immediately.
• One project we thought the Simform team member skill set did not match up with the requirements for the project. We alerted Simform of this and they quickly fixed the situation.

We evaluated four different agencies and interviewed over 12 engineers as part of our selection process. Alongside Simform, we partnered with another firm that charged nearly double the rate. However, we found no significant difference in the quality or skillsets delivered. Simform stood out for their technical capability, responsiveness, and cost-effectiveness, making them the clear choice.
