Likelihood to Recommend The world is changing so rapidly that many things are getting automated manual work is getting extinct now and human interventions digging everything down in the roots of issues will take more time and by that time data breach, threat or virus can attack , they have many CVE's across when any data breach is running on the internet they have backup of everything . Monitoring alerts manually is not possible but through Cybereason everything can happen , it helps us to overcome all the manual pain before automation and also the API is very flexible to integrate with others. We can create dashboards from the APIs but it is less appropriate as the API sometimes contains duplicate sensors values.
Read full review Excellent value for a team without dedicated EDR personnel or low staff. [SentinelOne] Vigilance does not integrate as well with internal staff and needs a better way to a round-robin or assign issues/follow up to numerous internal staff. Would benefit from more workflow to look at multiple issues.

The company always gives a sensor upgrade as a solution for the issues that occurred; they have many sensors to back up as a bug fix The pricing is little high but if they provide such good services and features, we surely go for it Read full review [SentinelOne] Vigilance notes are captured in each event which is near impossible to review with low staff. Better reporting on activities would help demonstrate better the activity ongoing Ability to extract notes and incidents to our SIEM would be great A customer success manager would be a nice addition Read full review Alternatives Considered Cybereason has free trails to test upon compared to SOPHOS. Also Cybereason is new in the market. Pricing is also good. Has large user community. Good Quality Support. Has On premise and Cloud Infrastructure. Upgrading anything is just a click away. UI is very efficient easy to use and informative. Everything is just in simple language. Changing policies is also very good. Investigation screen and details are very informative. The figures used for processes are also creative. The site never goes down. They always communicate before and after doing anything.
