As I previously mentioned, I like that the OPAF (Otsuka Patient Assistance Foundation) has a system dedicated to secure messaging, since patients like myself may be inclined to provide PHI or PII in order to streamline messaging and communicate pertinent information. Cons	DataMotion Inc. The account setup process was initially very laggy; I’d like that to be optimized. There should be a dashboard with icons that enable users to initiate tasks easily (sending messages, viewing unread messages, etc).
