Their team is an in-house non-outsourced team of security experts that augment customer security with a second set of eyes that enable customers to focus on incidents that matter.
It is well suited when a business is ready to innovate and transform using the latest technologies. It helps implement new strategies and develop plans. However, it may be less appropriate when a company has just transitioned to another stage in their product and need to focus on growth. And also know the cybersecurity risks.

It is well suited for small teams who need the boost in visibility and action on security and want better insight on the threats in their environment(s).

[SentinelOne] Vigilance notes are captured in each event which is near impossible to review with low staff. Better reporting on activities would help demonstrate better the activity ongoing
Ability to extract notes and incidents to our SIEM would be great

It does have a bit of a learning curve when it comes to usability, but once you become comfortable with the filters and how things are organized and the actions that can be taken then it becomes a really powerful tool, it just takes time to learn how it is best utilized or how it may best fit in your workflow.

I liked Deloitte's way of working better, I like its interface, the response time of its technicians, they are punctual, good prices, and responsible. It meets all the expectations we had about its products. It is best suited when we have a complex business requirement to implement within a short period of time. Provided we have a good budget. Keeping aside the budget, Deloitte does pretty well compared to other consulting firms.

SentinelOne Vigilance was as good or better than each of the products we also have used in this product range. We chose SentinelOne Vigilance for many of our clients based on the supported integrations with our other toolsets.
