Descartes Logistics Technology Platform has a control tower view which we have used a lot. It permits us to check on [the] real-time status of every truck, also has the features and option to communicate with the trucks' ELD, which gives us the most liable information about his current location and status.

We recently had an issue with a pallet delivery, and eShipper provided us with excellent support and assistance in order to resolve the issue. Intelligence, it gets stuck in some areas of the country
Integration with [other] apps, we would appreciate a collaboration with [other] tracking apps that can share the same information if they are being installed [on] the same device
A better and clean dashboard, its face needs a renewal, a fresh look, adapted to the current trends

It is a powered tool that can be used by any of the current logistics (and why not?, non-logistics companies), that need a reliable, accurate, and well-based amount of information of the fleet, with ease. Using the [latest] technologies, integrating a wide view of transportation, inventory, [and] custom status on a single but not simple platform.
