It permits us to check on [the] real-time status of every truck, also has the features and option to communicate with the trucks' ELD, which gives us the most liable information about his current location and status.

It is good in - 1) API integration 2) Fast customer support and 3) Easy user interface. There is some scope for improvement in 1) The App should be less battery-consuming and 2) location accuracy can be improved.
