Descartes Logistics Technology Platform has a control tower view which we have used a lot. It permits us to check on [the] real-time status of every truck, also has the features and option to communicate with the trucks' ELD, which gives us the most liable information about his current location and status.

Back end support is the best if you face any issue while using the software & your queries are resolved with utmost precision & within the specified time frame Slight upgrade in GUI would make this one of the best tools in the market when it comes to Inventory Management

• Intelligence, it gets stuck in some areas of the country
• Integration with [other] apps, we would appreciate a collaboration with [other] tracking apps that can share the same information if they are being installed [on] the same device

• GUI updates can be done on a more frequent basis

It is a powered tool that can be used by any of the current logistics (and why not?, non-logistics companies), that need a reliable, accurate, and well-based amount of information of the fleet, with ease.
