Descartes Logistics Technology Platform has a control tower view which we have used a lot. It permits us to check on [the] real-time status of every truck, also has the features and option to communicate with the trucks' ELD, which gives us the most liable information about his current location and status.

• Focus on analyzing and not on finding and loading data

• Intelligence, it gets stuck in some areas of the country
• Integration with [other] apps, we would appreciate a collaboration with [other] tracking apps that can share the same information if they are being installed [on] the same device

• I would like to have more modules. Eg. : supply chain tool.

It is a powered tool that can be used by any of the current logistics (and why not?, non-logistics companies), that need a reliable, accurate, and well-based amount of information of the fleet, with ease. Using the [latest] technologies, integrating a wide view of transportation, inventory, [and] custom status on a single but not simple platform.

Cognos is very expensive and needs heavy IT-team to implement it.

• Positive, we can do our things faster than ever with using the information shown in the platform, avoiding unnecessary calls and interactions
• Increasing the liability of the gathered information about trucks' actual/real location
• A solution to improving our overall shipment visibility
