Descartes Logistics Technology Platform has a control tower view which we have used a lot. It permits us to check on [the] real-time status of every truck, also has the features and option to communicate with the trucks' ELD, which gives us the most liable information about his current location and status.

• We are still determining internally what the best practice is for these financial health ratings. What does it mean for us?

D&B Risk Analytics contains all information I need to do my job well and has a daily updated scores to reflect the financial situation.

It is a powered tool that can be used by any of the current logistics (and why not?, non-logistics companies), that need a reliable, accurate, and well-based amount of information of the fleet, with ease. Using the [latest] technologies, integrating a wide view of transportation, inventory, [and] custom status on a single but not simple platform.

I am not sure. We also use Bitsight for cybersecurity, but I do not personally use it, so I cannot say.

• Positive, we can do our things faster than ever with using the information shown in the platform, avoiding unnecessary calls and interactions
• Increasing the liability of the gathered information about trucks' actual/real location
• A solution to improving our overall shipment visibility

• We have had the solution for less than a year, so it is tough to say how much positive/negative impact it has had.
• We are now able to continuously monitor some entities in our supplier base. We were not able to do this before.
