It permits us to check on [the] real-time status of every truck, also has the features and option to communicate with the trucks' ELD, which gives us the most liable information about his current location and status.

It is good in integrating with multiple 3rd party service providers to create a single source of truth. It does not have user friendly GUI that delays in getting the information required by the user. Any new requirements always need investment and time to develop. It allows user to create report template and schedule reports to personal email that help to save time.

We had inhouse SME from Infor Nexus team which allows quick development cycle and faster implementation. It allows visibility of milestones which is not available in SAP TM.
