Dropex vs. Helium 10

Dropex suits retailers who want to expand on [the] new market using free of charge software from the first step to integrate it with [their] own CRM or e-commerce shop.

I find it very well suited to market analysis and competitor research. It helps you understand where your products fit within the product segment and identify profitable opportunities.

• They can add more shipping options
• They can add more e-commerce platforms

• Variation analysis is possible but more cumbersome than necessary.
• Sometimes slow to load data.
• Difficult to translate keywords reports straight to Amazon listings.

The data injection into the Amazon website is pretty intuitive and well laid out. The extension and the website are somewhat clunky, and it's more difficult to engage with them effectively.

Helium 10 was recommended to me by a very successful Amazon seller and business owner so I did not do much looking. I know Jungle Scout is similarly priced and capable. I have someone in my network now that uses it. Sometimes I will ask them to run ASIN data for me when H10 is being inconsistent and it seems to be able to produce a good report for me.

• I have increased my shipment orders up to 15% using cash on delivery service that offers Dropex

• It has allowed us to identify new products to sell
• It is lacking in some of its specific sales data
