Deep, iterative usability testing on complex flows. When you need to probe, redirect, or ask immediate follow-ups based on what you're seeing (e.g., watching someone struggle with a checkout flow and asking "why did you click there?" in real time), moderated sessions (Zoom, in-person) usually give richer data. Unmoderated tools can miss nuance because there's no live prober.

It is intuitive to use but can be confusing at first. Which is a reason why there is a two-month period where you train on how to use it.
