Likelihood to Recommend The CLOUD development integrating web applications with web databases definitely needs a fast and memory-efficient platform like Eclipse OpenJ9. The garbage collector and SHARED CLASSES between processes make possible a fast response to the web client and API requests. Eclipse OpenJ9 needs better documentation to explain to the programmers the advantages over other JAVA implementations like HotSpot.

Eclipse OpenJ9 could be more suitable if want to develop an API with cloud databases like MariaDB using AWS. The memory management of Eclipse OpenJ9 makes the web performance of API faster. The capacity to run shared CLASSES in a memory partition between processes gives Eclipse OpenJ9 a design advantage over other JAVA SDK platforms.
