This is a great tool for drivers when logging their inspections. The flow is good with areas to add photos and notes. It would be better if a fault is noted if the system sent a push notification to the Ops team, but maybe that will come later on. The drivers are just beginning to use the updated Samsara system for nagivation and AI coaching.

Driver workflows lets our Ops team review issues in real time, make vehicle substitutions when necessary, and schedule maintenance when a defect is found. It helps us stay on top of issues before they become bigger, which saves down-time for vehicles. Drivers are comfortable with the flow, which makes them more likely to be highly compliant with using the app.

We've been using Samsara for at least the last 7-8 years, though we recently upgraded to new cameras and the bundle of workflow, coaching, navigation, etc., which has been amazing so far. The customer service is fantastic.
