Emporix vs. Prysm Software

The Emporix platform is a modern, cloud-native solution that offers high availability and scalability needed by commerce systems of any scale. Besides the rich functionality offered out of the box, the company is able to be agile and help their customers to gain an advantage over the competitors by delivering new capabilities in reaction to market signs.

For being a security software, it is extremely secure and it has never failed. It is a very robust software and the fact that it integrates with so many other security / surveillance system is very good. The company has been on the market for a while and the software is constantly updated adding new enhancements and features all the time. The video module is the feature we like the most. We use it all the time and it is extremely reliable. With the phone we can check properties and inside, from one office to a kitchen area, a lobby, a corner. We can connect several phones and users and we can manage rerouting our emegencies very easily. The alarm control is also very good and easy to use

• Number of out-of-the-box integrations.

• I find it difficult to import the data from my research work to graph them.
• version 8 has been frustrating.
