emSigner is very well suited when there are paper work related bottlenecks be it during the appraisal process or getting legally valid signatures on important documents. Apart from getting signatures, it allows us to keep a track of documents. Also, the plans are not that expensive. You can always request them from a customized plan. I can't think of a way this product wouldn't enhance anyone's business practice, assuming collecting signatures is an important piece. I am constantly sending documents to clients for signature and this is a great way to send a professional looking interface. It's easy to understand, efficient to use and, as far as I can tell "idiot-proof".
