It was easy to use, the interface was intuitive, and the customizations for test steps were great. Lately, though, in my experience, our agent has been dying, with no messaging, the support has been non-existent trying to help with these problems, and the installation was rough. I would have recommended this 6 months ago at a 9, but now, down to a two. If you can do everything yourself without support, if you have more visibility into the agent (ours is on a remote server) to see when it dies, and more, then you could use this product.
