eShipper vs. Helium 10

We recently had an issue with a pallet delivery, and eShipper provided us with excellent support and assistance in order to resolve the issue. I find it very well suited to market analysis and competitor research. It helps you understand where your products fit within the product segment and identify profitable opportunities.

The data injection into the Amazon website is pretty intuitive and well laid out. The extension and the website are somewhat clunky, and it's more difficult to engage with them effectively.

Helium 10 was recommended to me by a very successful Amazon seller and business owner so I did not do much looking. I know Jungle Scout is similarly priced and capable. I have someone in my network now that uses it. Sometimes I will ask them to run ASIN data for me when H10 is being inconsistent and it seems to be able to produce a good report for me.
