It's a good tool for a large range of whiteboarding needs, except when integration with other tools is a requirement. It's not as complex to use as draw.io, while providing improved features compared to Confluence Whiteboard, at a price point slightly better than Miro. While it's not the best tool out there, it has advantages over the competition that make it better suited for specific use cases
It's simple to use. The interface is a bit basic, but it provides most of the required elements in the right spot. There are some mild annoyances, like the color options being a bit limited, but they're not deal breakers. It doesn't try to do a lot of stuff, but what it does it does well
