Evite vs. Greenvelope

This is a perfect service when hosting a large party and need to be able to track many guest responses and choices. It is very user-friendly and puts everything on a fairly easy-to-use dashboard. Also allows me to schedule an email reminder that will send out automatically to people who have not yet responded and an email reminder to all coming when the event is getting closer.

Greenvelope is well suited for sending out invitations, thank you cards, and holiday cards to mass quantities of people.

Evite has a better email template selection. Evite offers more competitive pricing. Evite has an easier to use customer dashboard for navigating your event. The tracking of your event and attendees is easier to use on Evite as well. Evite has made the inviting of people to these large events a lot easier and a cleaner tracking process.

• We use this tool maybe 1 time a month or even just 1 time a quarter it is pretty expensive for the amount of time we use it... but we are able to justify it by the feedback we receive.
