I personally know many people who have had great success with it. However, I myself did not see great results. Alternatives Considered	FatSecret No answers on this topic	Noom, Inc I have used My Fitness Pal, Lose It, and Apple’s Health Feature. Noom is the most sophisticated of these and also distinct in the type of educational material embedded into the program. The food tracker is perhaps equal to other programs, such as My Fitness Pal- but those other programs do not have anything like what Noom offers in habit building and support.
