FingerCheck vs. kredily

Its good for a company that wants employees to see their available PTO and request it themselves. it's easy for each employee to clock in and out. The supervisors can have access to all their employees and see who is working at any given moment. It's a pretty good system.

It covers almost the all the needs of HR. However, in my opinion, the customer support team does not care if you have any issues especially during payout timelines. We had issues with attendance sync for over 3 months, we waited patiently for 3 months for the team to fix the issues, although they attempted a few times, in my experience, they did not care later to respond to calls or emails. In my experience, they give out standardised ticket numbers through email and leave issues unattended just blatantly stating you will recieve a call back (which is never). In my experience, you will definitely get no response even if you have to sort the issue with the team heads. I had the worst experience with the entire team.

• Exception handeling
• Automatic email reports
• Integrates very well with payroll system
• Extremely well in working out employee benefit accruals

• It can be hard to tell when the last time your PTO was updated.
• If you forget to clock in - you need a supervisor to approve your request.

We selected kredily for the pricing and package but unfortunately when they do not meet expectations of basic customer care experiences then no software is worth the price paid
