The free BYOC plan is free forever, with no credit card required and no time limit. When a free BYOC or Managed plan reaches its monthly limit, API requests return HTTP 429 until the month resets. Billing starts when a subscription is confirmed and is charged at the start of each monthly cycle. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from the dashboard, with no lock-in. Enterprise plans with dedicated infrastructure, custom rate limits, SLAs and SSO are available on request.

Likelihood to Recommend	Klarna I don't work with the CRM team but I do know that they use flexEngage to track click-through rates associated with the advertising of promotions, gifts with purchase, BOPUS, etc. There's definitely a lot less information to be had from a point of sale point of view because the transaction originates there.
