Likelihood to Recommend	Klarna I don't work with the CRM team but I do know that they use flexEngage to track click-through rates associated with the advertising of promotions, gifts with purchase, BOPUS, etc. There's definitely a lot less information to be had from a point of sale point of view because the transaction originates there. Pros	Klarna The partnership and communication with us have just been amazing. They respond to change requests very quickly and turnaround time is minimal.
