FormSwift vs. PDFEscape

FormSwift is well suited for legal and accounting firms that need to quickly create form documents. It is easier to navigate than Nolo.

This editor is not made for reference designing pdfs, but for simple editing, it is more than efficient. Many PDF editors require a subscription for something as basic as typing a name or date. PDFEscape is perfect for this and can be done online without any software download.

• The "Document Creator" is an excellent tool. Very easy to work with.
• The "My Documents " area is a helpful storage area for completed docs.
• The "Document Library" is an extremely valuable resource.

• Has plenty of tools for editing.
• The text tool is customizable for font and size.

• The "Fillable Fields" area could use some additional customizable fields.

• The upload document function often gives an error message at first upload and you have to go back to the main page to upload again.
• A mimic font and text size tool would be of benefit.
• The whiteout tool is a white box and not a pen, which could be easier.

PDFEscape is in a league of its own with price and ease of use. Competitors have not met the same criteria and I constantly go back to PDFEscape.
