FreeArc vs. OpenText Email Archiving and Management

The OpenText Email Archiving and Management solution allows us to centrally manage all of your mailboxes, including PSTs, MSG files, and EMLs. Before implementing this solution, we had several different tools that struggled to work across platforms. It is a great email archiving and management tool for any business no matter its size. It's extremely user-friendly for the everyday employee and the tech support team is fantastic.

• It Reduces the risk of email tampering or illegal destruction.
• Cost-effective email storage.
• Easily manage a large number of emails and able to find specific with advance search.
• User Friendly.

With the power and advantage of the Zix and AppRiver products now part of the solution, consider adding email encryption to your deployment as well.
