Fugu vs. Larksuite

Fugu is a brilliant tool if the employee count is less when it comes to passing on messages within the organization, but it also has some cons with respect to its functioning. The calling feature used to rarely work, making it impossible to make a call when required. Also, the ios version was more prone to crashes.

On my experience, I did not experience any issue when using this tool. Simply because it is a perfect tool and easy to use. You just need to log in your working email and you can now use it. You can message all of the employees on the company Larksuite.

• At times it used to crash making it impossible to use.
• The UI part could have been much better.
• The calling feature was not reliable.

• To automatically delete accounts of the resigned employees
• Detect Harmful files that may harm the user

We will use this product and we don't have plan to change since this is a perfect tool

I rate this perfect simply because we use this everyday and this is very helpful. Without this tool I can't imagine how we can communicate to each other and how we can resolve every concern/issue that we cater everyday on our job. This is the tool we use to communicate and endorse specific concern.

Fugu is good when it comes to interacting within a small organization; otherwise, not proper working of audio/video calls and notifications not coming on time may cause you to miss out on important information. It has got all the basic employee information available, thus making it very handy and very easy to use.

I selected Larksuite simply because even you don't have laptop or desktop you can simply install this app through google or apple store and you just need to log in using your working email. You will now access and use every feature on this app. You can also watch and play videos.

• As it crashed down more often, productivity was affected at times.
• Keeping a tab on one's leave, and attendance was very easy, making an employee know his balances and scheduling his work accordingly.
• Notification, too, at times, used to not work, thus hampering productivity.

• The quality of communicator is way easier by the help of Larksuite
• Larksuite plays the most important role in our company since by Larksuite we our being notified if there are updates we need to check
