Personally, this is a really great tool. The tracking was extremely helpful here recently when I was reviewing where a candidate was and needed to get them onboarded quickly. With the tracking workflow, I had all the information I needed, which helped out, and this was what made the process the best and quickest to get them hired.

• Installation instruction could be more in detail.
• Cost is up there a bit.
• Documentation for end users.

Just is very much a better tool to use as the tracking is impressive, and the dashboard is more visible and can provide what is needed. The ability to complete all the processing paperwork would put this application at the top of the stack and would easily beat any other application in the same industry.

• This has save time in getting the employee on staff.
• Has put the information in a one stop shop.
• All the hiring managers can see where the candidate is in the process.
