Servigistics is very well suited if you are in need of a one-stop solution for all your Inventory Management scenarios. The software can be molded & updated as per your liking and can cater to a wide variety of industries, be it logistics, manufacturing, or even pharmaceuticals. Back end support is the best if you face any issue while using the software & your queries are resolved with utmost precision & within the specified time frame Slight upgrade in GUI would make this one of the best tools in the market when it comes to Inventory Management

• GUI updates can be done on a more frequent basis
• Better FAQ section & the ability to connect with a specialist in case you have a specific problem that needs resolution
• The ability to modify the service on the go rather than go through a lengthy process of approvals

I give it a 10 because the platform is reliable, works well for daily use. The support team is also very helpful when needed.

I used many systems like this in the past, but GeekSeller has great support and the system just works as they advertise it

• They automated for us inventory and orders sync
• Removed a lot of manual work
• Support is knowledgeable, helping us to resolve any issues quick

• A positive inventory management rate of almost 11% over past year
• Loss due to unavailability of parts reduced by almost 13%
• ROI of more than 10% using FIFO method
