GitProtect vs. Vinchin Backup & Recovery

We get very detailed options to schedule backups for both VMs and MySQL. Also, restore is very fast; we can restore a single file from a VM disk without restoring the Full VM. For MySQL, we have also configured backups to run every 2 hours, taking a log backup and an incremental backup every 6 hours. Works very well, and the restoration is fast.

The majority of the backup solutions we evaluated struggled to "get straight to the point"—that is, to provide, in a simple and intuitive way, everything you need in a backup platform and keep the most important features easily accessible. That is one of Vinchin's greatest strengths.
Many of the other tools introduced unnecessary complexity into common tasks, making the learning curve steeper and discouraging adoption. Vinchin, on the other hand, simplifies these processes considerably. It is straightforward to use, and the design philosophy behind the platform and how its features are intended to be used are easy to understand.
