Cons	Healthie Reporting is terrible. You have to select filters, generate reports, and download them. Limited reporting options: you cannot create reports from all the data. No integrated phone (outbound and inbound), so providers can stay on the platform without using their personal phones. No integration with AI tools for analytics and workflow optimization. Workflows are not very customizable. Cannot integrate with marketing automation tools and does not have marketing automation built into the system. Usability	Healthie Providers and patients do not find the interface intuitive, and we often have to call them to guide them through it.
