Apart from a few limitations, Hearsay Social is an excellent tool for managing your social media posts in one place. Its user-friendly interface allows you to analyze, track, schedule, and automate social media posts. This is a must in today's age. It has very efficient consultants who ask the perfect questions so that the shortlisting of candidates is exactly what we are looking for. I also like that the whole process is done in a maximum of one week. That is, we already have the qualified personnel hired and working in one week.
The program gives us in a short time a list of all the candidates, with all the information we need about them, so that we can choose the ones we want to interview.
It has a large database of expert engineers in different areas such as big data, web development, applications, and more, so we have benefited from the expert staff they have offered us.

We had drawbacks with some of the selected people, but the YouTeam team quickly helped us with the drawback by providing a new list.
In the introductory interview, they overlooked to ask the location; that's why the list they sent was of candidates who did not have the same time zone, making remote work more complicated.
Although they guarantee that those hired will stay for an average of 2 years, the truth is that we lost a good employee in less than that time.

If you wish to reduce stress of managing multiple social media handles from a single place, you can use Hearsay Social. Facebook Business Manager is also good however it has some limitations like it's very difficult to remove an ad account, we cannot schedule shared posts and the user interface is a bit complicated and not user-friendly. I like the user interface of Hearsay Social. I find it very simple and easy to use. Also, it has all the features that you might require in Social Media Management tool.

The investment is worth it, taking into account that the program is very fast and allows us to save a lot of time; in a few days, we already have, in our ranks, expert developers working for us, increasing our productivity and our profits.
