I've also started to experiment with their interactive avatars and they are a really powerful feature for assisting customers in their inquiries. Cons	HeyGen The avatars are almost there, but there is still some unnatural movement that gives it away. The built in editor is not very useful to me. Usability	HeyGen HeyGen's platform is very user friendly and even people with less to no video production experience are able to operate HeyGen's platform. This has opened up many possibilities from speed of production to rough cut table reads using avatars before ever setting foot in a studio.
