IBM IMS vs. Intel Data Center Manager (Intel DCM)

We have built a database of a network of bank branches with all the needs of security and recovery/restart. It requires knowledge of obsolete maintenance languages and perhaps it is too rigid in the schemes.

Reliable data transportation solution which allows easy collection of different data from other multiple platforms easily through its secure data management channels. Intel Data Center Manager provides possibilities for easy detection of different data threats and helps fix the problem effectively. The reports offered are useful and helpful on excellent business new decisions making.

• Certainly, not being a DB relational penalizes its use
• It should be more flexible

• New users can have issues on the deployment of this software.
• The management of multiple different data is a complex duty to some users.
• Migrating large amount of data from other packages.

Essentially, for a question of reliability and scalability, the performance has always been of an enterprise level. The utilities are efficient and effective.

• The investment made about 20 years ago that has been fully repaid
• Reliability and security of investments
• Unfortunately, it is quite outdated and therefore maintenance costs are higher because the skills are not always available.

• We utilize Intel Data Center Manager to easy migration of large data across platforms.
• Notification capability is effective.
• Data modeling and management via the tool capability is incredible.
