IBM Integration Bus vs. Playbook AI

Routing, protocol transformation, message transformation and service aggregation are very well performed by WebSphere Message Broker (WMB). It is not very suitable for integration with databases.

The product is always evolving for the better, and any room for improvement is always appreciated and implemented in speed even if the use case was for a few requirements. It automates emails, LinkedIn and calls. To get all these features on the same platform is a blessing. we are using Playbook AI in our team for more than 3 months and our experience is very good the supportive get from the Playbook team is Awesome!

Websphere message broker supports a lot more protocols than any other similar tool.
