illume (discontinued) vs. Xoxoday

Illume seems best to use for holidays, special occasions, and events, like birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, corporate or leadership development retreats, etc. It's less appropriate for cases where you don't have at least a few people to contribute to a card—it's still possible to create and send a card with only one or two contributors, but the tool's designed for groups and teams and allows unlimited contribution

Based on my experience Xoxoday Plum is suited for any organization out there which needs gifts cards sending platform. They have free and pro plans which make it a great platform for both small and large businesses according to their requirements. They have many features which make them a great platform for all businesses.

• Availability of Single Sign On.
• Easy profile viewing. Whenever a colleague was mentioned in the town hall, I have to hover over their names and wait for the "view profile" button to appear, instead of just clicking on their tagged names.
• Improve searching for colleagues' profiles. Whenever I checked on my colleagues via the search button, it will be their mentioned post, and not their profile is shown.
