iLovePDF vs. SpotDraft

I have been searching for a platform that allows us to edit PDFs for free since this is not something we do daily. I am glad that iLovePDF offers tons of features for absolutely free.

The best place to use SpotDraft is on contract negotiation. The entire life cycle of a contract negotiation is captured well on SpotDraft. Data is also crunched and displayed in dashboards. We get to prepare better first drafts of contracts when we know of areas which get heavily negotiated on.

We need to visit the website and choose the feature we want to use. It is straightforward to use.

I don't know of any other tool that provides so much flexibility and delivers efficiency in CLM.

Support is decent, mostly the features are self explanatory.

ILovePDF is the easiest to use compared to all other platforms.

• iLovePDF saves us a lot of time by editing all PDFs.
• It has all PDF-related features, so we don`t need to go look for any other platform for different use cases.
• My most favorite feature is add text. I am able to fill PDF format forms easily.
