InterMIND vs. Manhattan Active Customer Engagement

Given that the service offers a number of capabilities that other programs of a similar nature do not, I heartily recommend it. There is a free version available that may be used to complete a variety of business activities.

A responsive user interface, which is available on a tablet or fixed station and supports several of these operations, provides the unified control capabilities of the system. • Regarding iMind, I have nothing unfavorable to say. However, issues might arise when joining via a smartphone since you cannot join the conference using a phone number.

iMind has an easy interface and video and audio quality over other products. It also has a noise cancellation feature which most of the other software doesn't have. Prices are also very reasonable. we wish that the mobile version of iMind also release very soon because it will help us a lot.
