InterMIND vs. OpenVoice

Given that the service offers a number of capabilities that other programs of a similar nature do not, I heartily recommend it. There is a free version available that may be used to complete a variety of business activities.

OpenVoice works really well for large 80+ conference calls. We've hosted over 30+ calls on the system and never once had any service outages. It is a stable platform that works reliably!

• Regarding iMind, I have nothing unfavorable to say. However, issues might arise when joining via a smartphone since you cannot join the conference using a phone number.

• No built-in video options.

It's been years since I've had to call into OpenVoice for any technical support issues. The main issues I had were more on the billing side, but those billing issues were cleared up quickly.

iMind has an easy interface and video and audio quality over other products. It also has a noise cancellation feature which most of the other software doesn't have. Prices are also very reasonable. we wish that the mobile version of iMind also release very soon because it will help us a lot.

OpenVoice provides a quick, simple way to gather users together for conference calls. We've tried using WebEx's audio bridge, but many times users find themselves confused by the prompts. We've tried numerous times to educate users on WebEx, but it always seems to fall back on OpenVoice.
