ImpactECS Enterprise Cost + Profitability Platform vs. LeanCOST

We've involved LeanCOST in all our cost estimation process. Generally it speed up the estimation and cost of manufacturing time and costs starting at the design level. I like how it seamlessly integrates with most commercial 3D CAD system and automatically determines the manufacturing processes. Overall it's a great cost estimator and robust.

• I like how LeanCOST simulate production times and costs of different scenarios.
• The customer support is great and willing to offer support any time any day.
• Helps to identify the best production strategy according to quantity and machinery available.
• I also like it helps you improve early visibility into manufacturing costs.

• This is kinda not a dislike but for the new users it needs some training.
• The Dashboard is a bit crunky and need some improvements.

I like how LeanCOST greatly reduces the amount required for manual input and allows cost estimators to respond quickly to our customers RFQS. It allows us to choose the technologies that will be used during the manufacturing processes. It also allows us to select the most cost-effective strategies by simulating manufacturing costs based upon the machine availability, quality, and technological feasibility.
