Once the INFINIDAT engineers completed the initial install, it has been a completely hands-off approach and it just works - and works flawlessly.

GUI is much more user friendly and is not buggy. They ship the INFINIDAT with additional hard disk space, more than what you purchased, and you can unlock those drives for an emergency if needed, without even a charge. If you need it permanently there is an extra cost, but to be able to expand so quickly provides peace of mind.
