1. If you're a company that's into ops with heavy operations like mining, energy, manufacturing - it's particularly helpful 2. If you're facing challenges with your MRO data that's causing issues like downtime, high procurement costs etc - it's an ideal solution

• It is trained on data that is specific to a handful of industries so the accuracy rates of corrected master data records are huge
• It has built-in data enrichment - that solves for missing data issues
• We face a lot of duplication related issues and this solves for that quite easily

• UI can be improved and made more intuitive
• Native integration with Infor would be a +
• Would love to see a product that also manages inventory and work orders - this is a natural succession to its current capabilities but is missing in the software so far

Great usability

• Halved the need for holding mro inventory
• Great for integrating data across. Mro domains
• Not ideal for customer or marketing domains
