Infracore vs. OneAdvanced Managed IT Services

As a smaller company growing rapidly, we had no in-house IT experience. We needed desktops/laptops set up for new hires, we needed to ensure that our security measures were in place, and we had numerous help desk-related issues that needed handling. Infracore provided us with an IT manager and 2 full-time resources (one in-house), and essentially took the entire IT operations off of our (my) plate.

The care of gathering violations in a sensitive computer system sometimes requires specific measures, in our case we believe that it is not good to control with a single software. Bearing this in mind, they should treat their problems with late-breaking solutions as long as they have the budget to expand.

• Has a very complex UI that is expensive to learn at first.
• Not all software tools are up to date.
• You must add more money for more specific functionalities.

We looked at a number of other providers, but Infracore was the clear choice.
