OpenText archive center is much appreciated with Data retention and encryption. Less appreciated when if you need to make changes to the system every time we need technical support from OpenText.

I love the usability of Intermedia Email Plus. The only downfall isn't their fault. The issue with Office 365 registry settings requires changes to connect to Intermedia Email Plus flawlessly.

Intermedia Email Plus support is better, costs are comparable or better, and backups are better than the alternatives.
